What this website collects, how it is used, how long it is kept, and how to have it deleted.
The website
What this site collects
- Contact details
- Your name, your firm name, your email address, an optional phone number, and a rough weekly call volume, all taken from the contact form.
- Message content
- Whatever you choose to tell us about your firm and your intake in the message field. Nothing sensitive is asked for and no file uploads are accepted.
- Basic usage data
- Standard request logs kept by the hosting provider, and cookieless analytics that count page views without building a profile of you or following you to other sites.
- Cookies
- This site sets no cookies. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
Use
How your information is used
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a walkthrough.
- To understand what your firm needs before that call.
- To improve the website and the way enquiries are handled.
- To meet legal obligations and to prevent fraud or abuse.
Contact
Communications and automated technology
If you submit the contact form, we may contact you by phone, text message, and email about your enquiry. Those communications may be delivered using automated technology, including an AI assistant, or by a person.
Consent to those communications is not a condition of buying anything. You can reply STOP to any text to opt out, or ask in writing to stop being contacted, and we will stop.
Sharing
How information is shared and kept
- We do not sell your information
- Your personal information is not sold, rented, or handed to a third party for their own marketing. That is a commitment, not a setting.
- Service providers
- Information is processed by the providers that run this website, carry the form submissions, and deliver email. They may use it only to provide those services to us.
- Retention
- Form submissions are kept for as long as they are needed to answer you and keep a record of the enquiry, and are deleted after two years at the latest.
- Access and deletion
- Email [email protected] and ask for a copy of what you submitted, or ask for it to be deleted. Neither request needs a reason.
Clients
Call data from client firms
This page describes the website. Data captured by the phone intake agent on behalf of a client firm is governed by the agreement with that firm, and the firm owns it.
The handling of that call data is described on the security page.
